All prices displayed on lunasmei.com are quoted in U.S. Dollars (USD). We strive for 100% pricing accuracy; however, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it.

3.2 Shipping Fees

We maintain a transparent $6.99 Flat Rate Shipping Fee for all orders delivered within the United States. There are no hidden handling fees or surprise costs at checkout.

3.3 Payment Methods & Security

To ensure a secure shopping environment, we accept:

• Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.
• Digital Wallets: PayPal. By submitting your order, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use the chosen payment method and that the information you provide to us is true, correct, and complete.

4. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY OBLIGATIONS

Your order fulfillment is our priority. By placing an order, you acknowledge our shipping terms:

• Handling Time: 1–2 business days (Monday – Friday).
• Transit Time: 3–7 business days (Monday – Friday).
• Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (EST).
• Geographic Limitation: We ship exclusively to the 50 United States. We do not currently facilitate international shipping or delivery to U.S. territories outside the 50 states.

5. CANCELLATIONS AND MODIFICATIONS

We understand that mistakes happen. You are granted a 12-hour window from the time of order placement to request a cancellation or change in shipping details. Please email [email protected] immediately for such requests. Once an order has been transmitted to our fulfillment center (after the 12-hour mark), we cannot modify or stop the shipment. In such cases, the customer must follow our Return Policy after receiving the item.

6. RETURNS AND REFUNDS (THE LUNASMEI GUARANTEE)

Our return policy is designed to be the most customer-friendly in the industry:

• Window: 30 days from the date of delivery.
• Cost: 100% FREE Returns. We provide the prepaid shipping label.
• Fees: No Restocking Fees and No Return Shipping Fees.
• Processing: Refunds are issued within 5 business days of receiving the returned item at our Lawrenceville facility.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

Unless otherwise indicated, lunasmei.com is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the site (collectively, the “Content”) and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the “Marks”) are owned or controlled by Lunasmei.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION

In no event will Lunasmei, our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product giving rise to the claim.

9. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and your use of the site are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
