  • UPS: (Ground, 3-Day Select) – Optimized for larger parcels and commercial addresses.
  • FedEx: (Ground Economy, Home Delivery) – Reliable service for domestic home shipments.
  • DHL eCommerce: Often used for initial transit with final-mile delivery provided by USPS.
  1. SHIPPING COSTS & PAYMENT

We believe in a simple, no-surprise pricing model.

  • Standard Shipping Fee: A flat rate of $6.99 is applied to all orders, regardless of the number of items or the total weight of the package.
  • No Hidden Fees: The $6.99 fee is the total cost for shipping and handling. You will never encounter hidden surcharges or unexpected “processing fees” during the checkout process.
  • Accepted Payments: Secure payments are processed via Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal.
  1. HANDLING & TRANSIT TIMELINE

Google Merchant Center requires strict adherence to stated handling and transit times. Please review our schedule:

  • Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (EST) – Monday to Friday. Orders placed after this time will begin processing the following business day.
  • Handling Time: 1–2 business days (Monday – Friday). This period includes order verification, quality inspection, and packaging.
  • Transit Time: 3–7 business days. This is the time the carrier takes to deliver the package to your doorstep after it leaves our facility.

  1. ORDER TRACKING & UPDATES

Transparency is vital. Once your order has been dispatched from our facility, Lunasmei will send you a Shipping Confirmation Email. This email will include:

  • A direct link to the carrier’s tracking portal.

Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking status to update once you receive your notification, as carriers require time to scan the parcel into their system.

  1. ADDRESS ACCURACY & CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

To ensure successful delivery, please verify your shipping address at the time of checkout.

  • Correction Requests: If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact [email protected] within 12 hours of placing your order. Once a package has entered the fulfillment stage, we cannot change the destination.
  • Failed Delivery: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, Lunasmei may charge a reshipment fee or issue a refund minus the original shipping costs.

  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives in a damaged condition, please take photos of the packaging and the item and contact us within 48 hours of receipt.
  • Lost in Transit: If a carrier confirms your package is lost, we will provide a replacement or a 100% refund immediately.
  • Missing Items (Marked as Delivered): If tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received the item, we recommend checking with neighbors or your local post office. If it remains missing, please contact our support team.
