We strive for rapid fulfillment to get your products to you as quickly as possible. Therefore, you have a 12-hour window from the time of purchase to request a cancellation or modification (such as changing a shipping address or item size).

  • After 12 hours: Your order has likely entered the processing stage at our warehouse. In this case, we cannot cancel it. However, you may return the package for a full refund once it arrives, following our 30-day Return Policy.

2.2 Where does Lunasmei ship?

At this time, we exclusively serve customers within the United States (50 States). We do not offer international shipping, nor do we ship to P.O. Boxes or military bases (APO/FPO) to ensure secure delivery.

2.3 How can I track the status of my shipment?

Transparency is vital. Once your package is handed over to our carriers (USPS, UPS, or FedEx), you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the carrier’s system to update the tracking information.
